description: A large branch of Scandinavian converts survived from the Nauvoo Era. Strang visited in late 1846 and organized them into a group of his followers. Members: Andrew and Jacob Anderson, Andrew Dohl, Darius Gibbs, Oley Serbey, Ira Tompson, John and David Jordan, Artemus Jude, Charles and Oley Lurass, Goodman Haugas Andresw , Christian, Austen, and Hans Hyer, Oden and Jance Jacobs Stephen Kettle, and Mattey Madison. Former Bishop Reuben Miller became president of the Voree Stake, then turned against Strang.?
